These General Conditions govern all purchases made on the website www.closerstore.it by consumers, as defined by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
The applicable conditions are those published on the website at the time the order is placed.
Closer reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Any changes will only apply to orders placed after their publication.
3. Products
Closer sells carefully selected clothing, footwear, accessories, bags, and other fashion products.
Each product is accompanied by a description containing its main characteristics, any available variations, the price, and essential information useful for purchase.
The images published on the website are for illustrative purposes.
While made with the utmost care, product colors may differ slightly from the actual ones due to the settings of the monitor, smartphone, or tablet used for browsing.
Such differences do not constitute a lack of conformity.
4. Product Availability
Product availability is constantly updated.
However, due to simultaneous purchases or delays in inventory updates, a product might temporarily become unavailable after the order is placed.
In such cases, Closer will promptly inform the Customer via email.
If payment has already been made, it will be fully refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.
5. Prices
All prices on the website are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT, where applicable.
Any shipping costs are indicated separately before the final confirmation of the order.
Closer reserves the right to change product prices at any time.
Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
In the event of an obvious material error in the publication of the price due to technical malfunctions or computer errors, Closer reserves the right to cancel the order, promptly informing the Customer and proceeding with any reimbursement of sums already paid.
